Moore Road Fence Improvements
After much discussion and many bids from vendors, the board has contracted with a vendor to make improvements to our Moore Road Fence. The vendor will be clearing vegetation away from the fence, repairing any damaged areas, priming and painting the fence.
Any vegetation cut away from the fence will be cleaned up by the vendor. Thank you for your patience and cooperation while this work is being completed. This work will be a great improvement for the neighborhood

Results - Lansdowne Food Drive - Oct 2008
Our neighbor Rob Rainieri ran the The recent Compassion in Action 2008 Food Drive Event held in Lansdowne on 10/4/2008.
There was an increased neighborhood participation this year. The entire donation was given to the North Gwinnett Co-Op, who desperately needed the help. They were very thankful for our contribution.
- Total homes in Subdivision=196
- Total Bags Collected = 39 (~20% give rate)
- Total Items Collected = 387 (~10 items per participating household)
This year, Rob partnered with the UNITE! Compassion In Action 2008 event. This is an event run by Hands On Atlanta and is participated in by churches all across Gwinnett County. Together, they collected tens of thousands of food items from multiple subdivisions for Co-Op organizations across Gwinnett County. It was a hugely successful day! Lansdowne made a big impact and should be very proud.
