Neighborhood Trash Service Update 2/8/07
Thank you all for your continued patience while we have been working out the final details with a new trash service provider. Unfortunately, we were unable to negotiate a better price with Red Oak.
We are days away from signing a contract with Waste Management. We will update you with instructions for making the switch as soon as it becomes available - mid next week.
If your quarterly payment to Red Oak is not due for some time, please hold off payment so that you will not have to deal with trying to get a refund.

Swimmers in north Georgia can rejoice....
ATLANTA — Swimmers in north Georgia can rejoice. So can pool managers, lifeguards and the tens of thousands of children waiting to sign up for swim teams in the region.
Georgia Gov. Sonny Perdue said Wednesday the state will relax water restrictions to allow outdoor swimming pools this summer, a relief to north Georgia residents who feared that outdoor water restrictions would leave their pools unfilled.
