Lansdowne Entrance
In an effort to conserve water in our community, the Lansdowne HOA has decided to not do a fall planting at our Moore Road entrance. We all hope that each homeowner is also making efforts to conserve water during this record-breaking drought.

Incorrect Red Oak Notices
Lansdowne Residents, If you have recently received a letter from Red Oak Sanitation informing you of a price increase - please disregard it. Per Red Oak's Sales Manager, Trish Gauthier, that letter does not apply to HOA group pricing neighborhoods and was sent out in error. She apologized for the confusion. Good news - current prices will remain in affect for 2008! If you have any further questions please contact Red Oak at 678-455-7819.

Just a reminder to all drivers and pedestrians
School is back in session, so morning and evening commutes now have kids and buses on the roads too. Drivers, please be aware of the extra pedestrians out there and stay within the speed limits. Pedestrians, please make sure you get to the side of the road to let cars pass freely. Bus riders, please stay at your designated stop and don't run in the streets or play ball across the streets. Follow the bus driver's instructions when crossing the street.
