Free Summer Movies at the Mall of GA Theater

Lansdowne Neighborhood Yard Sale
The kids are back in school and the holidays will soon be upon us, so why not take some time to clean out your garage and participate in the Lansdowne Yard Sale. Plan to be out there on Friday and Saturday, September 25th and 26th from 9 AM to 3 PM. The event will be advertized in the Gwinnett Daily Post and the Atlanta Journal. Contact Cindy Sullivan if you would like to participate and have a balloon tied to your mail box during the yard sale days.

'Yard of the Quarter' Contest
We're taking submissions for the 'Yard of the Quarter' contest. Click here if you would like to nominate your neighbor's yard or even your own yard. The lucky winner will receive a $25 gift certificate to Home Depot.

Yoga and more music coming your way...
Beginning this Thursday, July 9th, YOGA will be offered to neighbors at the clubhouse at 7 pm. There is a $5.00 charge per class and a mat or towel is needed as well as a bottle of water. Please RSVP to Rosie Rainieri as space is limited and we would like to gauge interest! This class is great for all levels of fitness.
Saturday, July 18, Grover Mollineaux from Lexington, KY, will be playing his folk-inspired songs for neighbors in the pool area from 8-10 pm. Lansdowne neighbor Marcus Schrichte is providing ribs & chicken for us so we ask that you bring a side dish/appetizer to share as well as your own beverage. This is an adult-only event and the pool will be closed to children at 7pm. Please listen to Grover on www.myspace.com/grovermollineaux. Hope to see you there! Questions? Happy Hour at the Pool!
Lansdowne Neighbors,
Please come to the pool on Friday evenings for a giant happy hour, weather permitting. Each week, who knows who will be there and what a great way to meet your neighbors!
Pack a picnic, order a pizza, or just show up to mingle! If you bring beverages of any kind, be sure to limit them to cans or plastic containers. Come one, come all! Let's make our pool a fun destination on Friday's this summer
