Welcome to Lansdowne!
On desirable Moore Road, known for it’s picturesque tree lined walking paths, our neighborhood is conveniently located in Suwanee just a few minutes from I-85. We are under an hour from the Atlanta airport and the North Georgia Mountains, and only 20 minutes from beautiful Lake Lanier. The city of Suwanee is a sweet spot that is up-and-coming and making national lists for the best place to live and raise a family. Lansdowne is well established however, consisting of 196 generously sized homes with mature yards. While you will enjoy the smaller neighborly feel, we also offer the convenience of a swimming pool, a splash pad for our youngest residents, tennis courts with a covered stadium pavilion, a playground, and a furnished clubhouse used for the many social events and available for rental by residents. If finding great schools is at the top of your list, you will be pleased with the North Gwinnett district and how their reputation also helps keep our home values strong. Our neighborhood feeds into Level Creek Elementary, North Gwinnett Middle, and North Gwinnett High with many exceptional preschools to choose from locally as well.
Whether you are joining your neighbors at one of our many neighborhood social events, grabbing dinner with friends and attending the frequent events at our local city centers of Suwanee, Duluth, or Sugar Hill, or enjoying the many connected greenways and walking paths nearby, you are sure to feel at home in Lansdowne!
Police And Citizens Together (PACT)
The Suwanee Police Department has a community-based action program that encourages residents to help maintain the quality of life within their own communities. PACT (Police and Citizens Together) is designed to complement Neighborhood Watch programs. Through PACT, a specific officer is assigned as a liaison to each of the city's neighborhoods or subdivisions. The officer/liaison works with residents on quality-of-life issues, such as speeding, assisting residents in taking measures to prevent crimes, and facilitating three community meetings each year.
Residents: to contact our PACT officer, click the Contact Us link in the navigation bar and then select PACT Officer in the contact list.
